The scope covered structural partitioning, bespoke ceiling designs, full flooring installation, all joinery elements, MEP coordination, and complete interior finishing across all rooms. The design direction was refined through detailed 3D visualisations before construction began, ensuring the client could see and approve every space before a single element was built.
