View SpecificationsThis project delivered a complete outdoor landscape transformation for a luxury Dubai villa, designed from scratch and built entirely in-house. The brief was to create a series of connected outdoor zones — a formal garden, a relaxed outdoor living area, a pool surround, and a planted boundary — that all felt cohesive and intentional as part of the wider property. All spaces were developed through detailed 3D visualisations and approved by the client before any groundwork began. The completed landscape balances visual impact with practical performance, designed for the UAE climate and built for long-term enjoyment.

The villa had distinct outdoor areas — garden, pool surround, terrace, and boundary — each with different functions, but all needing to feel like part of one resolved landscape language rather than separate add-ons.
Heat, humidity, and water efficiency are critical factors in Dubai landscaping. The planting palette and all surface materials had to be selected for long-term performance, not just visual appeal at handover.
Landscape works ran partly in parallel with the villa's final fit-out phase, requiring tight coordination to protect finished surfaces and sequence the outdoor works correctly around the building programme.
A consistent material palette — stone, timber, planting species, and lighting style — was applied across all zones, with subtle variation in layout and density to differentiate each area while keeping the full landscape cohesive.
All planting was selected from species proven to perform in UAE conditions, with an efficient drip irrigation system designed and installed to minimise water use while keeping the garden healthy and well-maintained.
We coordinated site access windows with the main contractor, staged our works to avoid clash with internal finishing trades, and used protective measures throughout to prevent damage to completed villa elements.
We developed the full landscape concept — zoning, materials, planting direction, water features, and lighting — and presented it through detailed 3D renders for client review and sign-off before any site works began.
All hardscape materials, planting species, irrigation components, and outdoor lighting were specified and sourced. Plant sizes and layouts were confirmed with the client prior to procurement.
Groundworks, drainage, and hardscape were completed first, followed by irrigation installation, soil preparation, planting, lighting, and all finishing details across the full garden and outdoor living areas.
The completed landscape was inspected, snagged, and handed over with a full irrigation schedule, planting care guide, and an ongoing maintenance plan to protect the garden's health and appearance long-term.
The finished landscape gave the villa a premium outdoor presence — a series of beautifully resolved spaces that are practical, climate-appropriate, and designed to be enjoyed year-round.
